Keeping Your Baby in Good Health
We normally do a good job keeping ourself in good health, but how about our babies? Doctors say that babies need the same kind of vitamins that we need. So it’s a good idea to get them food that covers all of their food groups. When you go to the store to pick up baby food, be sure you get fruits and other vegetables. Also, studies show that babies that eat vegetables when they are young are much more likely to eat them when they grow up as well. So not only are you keeping your baby in good health now, but you are setting them up to be in good health later.
