From the President

Luis A. Morris

It is with great optimism that I accepted the position of President of the NW Regional Chapter of the US-Mexico Chamber of Commerce.

The relationship between the U.S. and Mexico is still strong and vital beyond whatever current political dynamics might suggest. Our relationship has a long history, and we share many cultural and familial ties, as well as the economic connections of the two neighboring countries.

This is the time to demonstrate the resolve we have to honor our relationship and move forward, demonstrating our trust and respect, and our faith in our common future. The NW Regional Chapter includes the states of Alaska, Washington, Oregon, and Idaho and is committed to strengthening our bonds and providing a forum to encourage people and companies wishing to do business in both countries.

Our Chapter will be holding meetings and forums locally and regionally, featuring local and foreign dignitaries and industry experts to share information with our members and guests.

These offerings provide valuable information and insights to all executives and entrepreneurs whose businesses are or might be impacted by U.S. and Mexican laws, finance and politics, all of which serve to increase and improve interactions between individuals and businesses in Mexico and the U.S.

This is the time to become a member or renew your membership! Bring your colleagues to join us.Your membership and participation will pay dividends for you and your business now and in the future!
